On Federal Holidays and the Air Force Birthday, all enlisted, officers, retirees and family members are authorized to dine in the facility.
Birthday Specials
The Birthday Meal is a morale-enhancing meal hosted quarterly by the dining facility staff for Airmens' special day. ESM customers are allowed to invite one guest to accompany them for the special meal and festivities. All BAS customers will be charged for their meal; however, all participants receive a high-quality entree, traditional birthday cake and prizes. A designated area is reserved and decorated to enhance and complement the festivity.
Food Forums
Food Forums are for all customers who dine in the facility. The forum gives patrons an opportunity to voice thoughts, ideas and express any concerns they have regarding the service. Food forums contribute to continuous improvement in services, an enhanced atmosphere and dining experience.
