Indoor Pool - The Indoor Pool is a 33-meter covered pool with 6 lanes for lap swimming only.  A Global Fitness Swim program is offered throughout the year to encourage people to swim as part of their fitness regimen and to improve overall swimming abilities.  Lap swimming is for ages 11 and over, and youth between the ages of 11 and 16 must perform a skills test before they are allowed in the pool.  Skills test includes swimming the entire length of the pool without resting, treading water for one minute and pulling themselves from the pool without the use of the ladder.  Test is performed by the lifeguard on duty.  There is no fee to use the indoor pool.

Outdoor Pool
The 25-meter Outdoor Pool has depths from 4 feet to 10 feet for all swimming levels.  It boasts one of the largest water slides in the Air Force.  The newly installed slide is a gel-coated fiberglass slide, which allows riders to fly down the three loops. The deep end of the pool offers a one-meter spring board.  A separate pool is available for children under six years of age.

The Outdoor Pool is OPEN!

Pool Passes

Pool Passes are on sale at the Aquatics office from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Season passes are available for $30 and the daily rate is $2 to $3.  Club members as well as E-4s and below receive a discount on season passes.   

Lifeguard Classes
Lifeguard classes are offered at Moody’s Indoor Pool throughout the year.  Cost is $130 per person, which covers text material and all required certifications such as First Aid and CPR.

Scuba Certification Classes
NAUI Certification classes are offered periodically throughout the year.  All classes in each session must be attended in order to become certified.  Check-off dives required are additional and may be selected by the participant according to those offered by the instructor within a 90-day time frame.
